Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are hand-packed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping rates
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat $5.

Local delivery
If you're near Saint Petersburg, FL, you may see a free local delivery option at checkout, and we'll bring it right to you.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order ships, delivery times are in the carrier's hands, so we can't guarantee exact dates. If your order seems lost or stuck, email us at hi@kittymewsalot.com and we'll help track it down.

Undeliverable packages
If an order comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll email you to arrange reshipping (reshipping costs may apply).
