Our happy-cat guarantee

We back every tin with a 30-day happy-cat guarantee. If your cat isn't into it, we'll make it right.

If your cat doesn't enjoy a product, email us at hi@kittymewsalot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to return the tin. This covers one tin per product, per household.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or full refund. No return needed.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale

Discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund under the happy-cat guarantee.
